Book a One-on-One Session with Carissa 

The best place to begin a new practice or deepen an existing one, is with some one-on-one guidance. Private sessions can evolve over time and may include one or several modalities. Some examples of areas of focus are:

  • Deepening understanding of anatomy

  • Pilates practice

  • Improving overall strength, mobility, and body awareness

  • Somatic explorations/healing

  • Injury rehabilitation (post-PT)

  • Pre/Post-Natal 

  • Reiki
